Many of our loft apartments feature views of the downtown Seattle skyline and Olympic Mountains. These thoughtfully designed spaces were created to inspire and cultivate your Joie de vivre (joy of living). They are equipped with a full kitchen, an in-unit laundry, and 16’ tall ceilings with a wall of windows to let in abundant natural light.

Our studio apartments are a testament to efficient living and offer a perfect blend of amenities, convenience, and affordability. Each studio apartment has a full kitchen (not a shared common kitchen), and most have dishwashers. All bathrooms are large and bright.
